SENIOR MANAGER POSITION – PERSON IN CHARGE
OFFALY CENTRE FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING.
Clochan House, Offaly Centre for Independent Living CLG is recruiting
for position of Respite Services Manager/ Person in Charge.
This Senior Manager role is to efficiently manage all aspects of the
day-to-day operations taking responsibility and accountability for
both residents and our Personal Assistant team.
Clochan House is a 5 bed Designated Residential Respite centre where
we strive to operate under the philosophy, values and ethos of the
independent living movement. In Clochan House our commitment is
focused on delivering a social care model of care which enables people
with disabilities (physical and/or sensory) to achieve independent
living and equal participation and inclusion in mainstream society. It
operates Monday to Friday.
MINIUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
* Minimum of 3 years in Management or Supervisory role in the area
of Health and Social care; and
* An appropriate qualification in health and social care management
at an appropriate level
* A very good working knowledge of HIQA regulations is essential.
* Nursing Qualification is desirable but not essential.
